How to place an image behind text

Answer:

Web pages are often designed with text that appears over an image or background color.  However, if you try to simply place an image and then type over it, the image just will be "pushed" to the side by the text, or you may get other unexpected results, because of the flowing nature of HTML.   The Editor provides a way to easily insert an image as the "background" so that you can insert text over it.

Background images can be set for a page, a table,  or cell in a table.  For help with placing with any of these, CLICK HERE to return to the main help menu.
