My File List is incorrect

Answer:

If your File List doesn't show all of your files, or if it shows extra files, then it may need to be refreshed. Just click the "Refresh File List" button at the top of the File List. This should take care of the problem. NOTE: Refreshing only works for the folder you're viewing. If you want to refresh subfolders, then navigate into them and refresh.

If the above fix doesn't work, then contact us and explain what the problem is as clearly as possible.
